To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Perishable items, such as teas and spices, must be unopened and unused.
- Refunds:
Upon approval of the return or exchange, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.
- Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at info@medzcann.ca within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

- Return Shipping:
You are responsible for shipping the product back to us in its original condition.
