• Returns and Exchanges:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when received. Perishable items, such as teas and spices, must be unopened and unused.

• Refunds:

Upon approval of the return or exchange, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or an error on our part.

• Damaged or Defective Products:

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team at info@medzcann.ca within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

• Cancellation of Orders:

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via info@ceylonprana.ca as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow the return process outlined above to receive a refund.

• Return Procedure:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

• • Contact our customer support team at info@medzcann.ca to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package to ensure proper identification.
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging (if possible) and include a copy of the original order invoice or packing slip.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team during the RMA process.
• Return Shipping:

You are responsible for shipping the product back to us in its original condition. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. Ceylon Prana will not be held liable for any products lost or damaged during the return process.

• Processing Time:

Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Upon approval, we will process the refund or exchange within 5 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
